I travel a lot so you'd be on your own in the apartment when I'm travelling. Sometimes i go out the city for overnight stays as well. I'm a full-time working professional myself, work in the nhs.

Apartment and building; both high specs and spacious. Building is cleaned every weekday, corridors are carpeted. There's concierge at reception desk, and 24/7 security. All entrances are via key fobs, so no outsiders or cold callers. Building has also its own secure car park underneath, accessed via secure automated gates and car park would come with an additional cost.

But really the best thing about this apartment is the stunning views. Best waterviews in Media City. Get to see all sorts of nature doing its magic with amazing sunsets, full moons etc. Can share videos of room/apartment including from the balcony. You have waterviews from your bedroom too.

Bills are typically around £160 p/m, therefore £750 + £160 = £910 rent per month with all bills included.

Deposit is 5 weeks rent at £1,050.
