2 bedroom apartment available-Salford Quays

I have a 2 bed spacious apartment with 2 bathrooms & a large lounge/kitchen area available from the end of June. I am happy for short term renters, weekly renters or renters who may need longer (1-2 months) at a time. £100 covers all costs- rent, all bills and council tax included.

I live in the apartment with my small dog, she is very cute and no issue with people.

The apartment is very spacious with a dumbbell layout and fully furnished. The bedrooms are both large, with king size double beds and 4 fitted wardrobes in each room, so lots of storage space. The bedroom comes with its own bathroom. The bathroom has a large bath and shower, as well as private storage cupboards.

The apartment is a ten minute walk to media city and surrounding areas, as well as a local retail park just 15 minute walk away with M&S, Aldi, Home bargains and many more.

The location is a 10 minute tram ride into the city centre of Manchester, which takes you directly to Deansgate, castlefield & St Peter’s Square.

The area itself is surrounded by a private communal garden area, a local Co-op store, local pubs and great coffee shops!
