Hi All! I’m looking for a new flatmate to take over a lovely ensuite room in my flat, as my current flatmate is moving out in mid-April. The room will be available from around mid-May/June, but I can be a bit flexible on move-in date for the right person. We’ve been living here since 2023 and it’s been a really great place to call home!

One of the best things about the building is the extra amenities, there’s a residents’ lounge and a co-working space, which is ideal if you work from home or just want a change of scene.

I’m pretty easygoing and like to keep the flat clean and calm. I enjoy a chat now and then but also appreciate having my own time, so it would be great to live with someone similar; friendly, respectful, and tidy ☺️
