Double bedroom available in a bright, comfortable flat. The room comes fully furnished with double bed, bedside table and fitted double wardrobe. You will have access to your own private bathroom (not en suite, but not shared). The flat is a 5 minute walk to the tram stop which connects directly into town.

The flat features a naturally bright living room with plenty of light and nice waterside view of the Quays. The flat also has a separate kitchen + desk area.

Salford Quays is a lively, well connected area with plenty of things to do, and just a 15 minute tram ride into the city centre. This is in an unbeatable location a 5 min walk from the tram stop, with lots of amenities, cafes, and fun things to do nearby.

There is an option for a parking permit at an additional cost of £50 annually, and you will have immediate access to the guest permit until this is sorted.
