Lovely double en-suite bedroom in Media City

Hi All,

This a double bedroom available in a 2-bed flat in the Media City Towers. The room has a separate bathroom available for private use and all kitchen amenities are shared. The Building has gym access, a cinema room, security and communal area. Transport links are just outside the building and it is only 15 minutes to the city centre. There is also a local Sainsbury’s just across. Parking is available at an additional cost however there is a long wait list. I am looking for a new roommate as the current tenant (my brother) is moving back to london.

I am a quiet and clean person looking for a flatmate who is also tidy and matches the vibe. I work in a demanding profession and study a lot so the ideal flatmate would be a professional who is also respectful. My hobbies include baking, cooking, playing games and reading. Additionally, the flat is already fully equipped so the flat would be perfect for someone minimalistic or wants to move into a fully furnished apartment.

Bills are roughly an additional £150 - £200 each (including council tax).
