My current flatmate is moving out, and our tenancy ends on 30 June, so I’m looking for someone to take their room as part of renewing the tenancy :)

The flat has a shared kitchen/living area, and you’ll have your own separate bathroom (not en-suite).

I’m looking for a professional who’s tidy, respectful, and easy to live with- ideally someone I could also be friends with!

The building is directly opposite Exchange Quay tram stop, so it’s super convenient for getting into town.
