Double room with own bathroom

2 bedroom apartment living with me! Hi I’m Robyn, I’ll be living in the flat too and own it.

I’ll be renting the double room you can see in the pictures, and you will have your own separate bathroom. The rest will be shared space.

Unfortunately there is no car parking, but there is a place to park for free (6 ish mins walk away) or a multi story you can park in if you prefer to pay. There is also the tram right outside that takes you direct into the city in 20 mins.

I’m looking for someone to move in for the next 6 months, potentially longer.

I’m clean and tidy and really want someone who is the same and also is respectful of other people’s space.

I work Monday - Friday (Wednesday WFH) Weekends I’m very chilled, I’m either trying new restaurants, going to Pilates, coffee walks etc or I often go visit home in York.

Would love to live with someone where we can spend some time together too!

The bed in the picture belongs to the current house mate, but if you would like to buy it that’s an option or provide your own. The wardrobes will stay here.
