New flat mate wanted! En-suite double available

Hey!

I’m kash - My current flat mate is moving out of our flat early sept and I’m looking to renew so hoping to meet someone likeminded and fun who can move into her room!

The flat is a 2 bed 2 bath with a shared living room and kitchen and will be 735 a month (bills excluded).

Location wise - the area is lovely and situated right behind the quays so media city is about a 20 minute walk and Exchange quay tramstop is over the road so it’s about a 10 min trip into city centre.

About me:
I’m a working professional and I wfh one day a week so I’m looking for someone to move in who’s fun, bubbly and matches my energy! I’m quite extroverted n love a yap but I also love my own space after a long day at work. In my spare time I’m always out n about going to events, grabbing coffee, trying new food spots with friends or just going to watch the sunset. I’d love a flatmate who I can be friends with who might like to join me on my lil side quests, and not just someone who happens to share my space 😊
