My current flatmates and I are looking for someone to take over my room in our lovely 3-bedroom girly flat from 1st September 2026 for 12 months (with the option to extend!).

It’s the perfect opportunity to enjoy living close to the city centre (just 15–20 minutes by tram) while still having a quieter, more relaxed place to call home. 💓

About the room:
🛏️ Spacious double bedroom with a private ensuite
🏋🏾‍♀️ Free residents’ gym in the reception building
🚋 Directly opposite Exchange Quay tram stop
🛒 Co-op right outside the building
🛍️ Just 15 minutes from Trafford Centre by car, and close to White City Retail Park and MediaCity, so there’s plenty nearby for shopping, food, and entertainment.
🚗 Parking is available in the building (cost can be confirmed if you’re interested). There’s also free on-street parking around a 10-minute walk away, and a pay-and-display car park directly outside the building for £7 per day

About the flatmates:
You’ll be living with two lovely girls, Eve (25) and Anisha (28). They’re both super friendly, easy-going, and looking for someone who’ll fit into the home.
We love wholesome nights in watching TV or films, listening to music while cooking together after work, and hosting the occasional dinner party. We also enjoy heading out for food, drinks, and exploring Manchester together. 💃🏽🍷
For work, Anisha works from home full-time (5 days a week), while Eve is in the office 4 days a week.
