26th Floor in Media City Flat

Hello, I’m looking for a housemate to share my 2 bed, 2 bathroom flat in Media City. The rent and bills total up to around £880 per month. I am looking for someone to move in around August at the earliest.

The flat is on the 26th (top) floor and the views are amazing! There’s an open plan living/kitchen and the flat is completely furnished. There’s also a gym, private dining area (with an outside terrace) and cinema room as well as security to handle parcels.

The flat is located right outside Harbour city tram stop for easy access into the city centre and beyond!

I work local in media city so it’s a dream commute for me. I am 25 year old young professional who is looking for someone who is similar to me. I’m sociable, LOVE music and film, and love to get out and about! I am clean and tidy, respectful and would be looking for someone who is the same.
