Room available in a lovely apartment in the heart of Salford Quays 🌊

The flat has a massive, bright, open-plan living room and kitchen with great views and tons of natural light. Kitchen and living room are shared amongst all girls and the bathroom is shared with one other girl.

Rent is £566.66 and bills is usually £130. Total would be max £700 per month. The rent date is usually on the 6th of every month but I’m planning to move out earlier, so we can discuss more based on when you want to move in, etc.

A Tesco Express is right next door, and the brand-new Aldi is just a short walk away.

Both the tram and bus stops are just a few minutes' walk from the front door, making it incredibly easy to get around (Clippers Quay).
