New flatmate needed (mid Sept)

Welcome to your peaceful new home! This is a spacious two-bedroom flat where you'll have your very own massive double bedroom and a private bathroom all to yourself. The flat comes with a gym and a comfortable workspace, perfect for professionals who work from home, or hybrid.

You'll be joining a chill, friendly household .. my current flatmate (one of my dearest friends) is in love and moving in with her lovely boyfriend, so now I'm looking for someone who enjoys socialising but also values her own space. It's a perfectly balanced environment for someone who wants a harmonious and peaceful place to live.

Underground parking is available for £120/month (there is a waiting list), but we’re right on a tram stop, around 15 minutes into Manchester city centre, or a 30‑minute walk. Quick walk or tram ride into media city, so you have a selection of bars and restaurants on the doorstep. We also share the building with a lovely Italian restaurant (on the water) and a great community coffee/breakfast place.
