A furnished double room is available in a spacious, modern apartment in Salford Quays, immediately next to Exchange Quay tram stop.

The room comes with a double bed and excellent built-in wardrobe storage. The apartment has a bright, generously sized open-plan kitchen and living area, plus a balcony that’s lovely during the warmer months. Residents also have access to an on-site gym.

You’ll be sharing with two friendly female housemates: one working professional and one student. The bathroom is shared, and we’re looking for someone friendly, clean and considerate who will treat the apartment as their home.

The location is particularly convenient for anyone working or studying in Manchester or MediaCity. Exchange Quay tram stop is practically on the doorstep, with direct services into Manchester city centre, while MediaCity is around eight minutes away by tram. Salford Quays, the waterfront, shops, supermarkets, cafés, bars and restaurants are all within easy reach.
