Penthouse Apartment - Looking for flatmate

We're looking for a chilled-out individual to join us in our apartment in MediaCity.

We're currently two flatmates, aged 29 and 30, and we're looking for someone who'd be a good fit for the household. We enjoy spending time together, whether that's having a chat, watching something, or just hanging out, but we're also big on respecting each other's space and boundaries. We're looking for someone with a similar laid-back attitude who wants a home that's sociable but never intrusive.

🏡 About the Apartment

The apartment itself is a good size, with plenty of space to live comfortably. It comes with a washing machine and a large shared living space, making it a comfortable place to call home.

Pets are more than welcome, so we're very open to sharing the flat with a furry friend. However, we're on the top floor and have a patio door leading onto a massive balcony, so we'd ask anyone with a pet to take this into consideration and make sure they're comfortable with the setup.

We're in a great location in MediaCity, with plenty of restaurants, bars, shops and transport links nearby, as well as easy access into Manchester city centre.

Bills: Usually £200–£300 per month, depending on usage
