Hi, I’m looking for a nice professional housemate to share my space with. The house has been furnished- oven, microwave, washer. The building has a gym, cinema room, a terrace and a dining space you can book for your pleasure free. I’m a professional, has no pets and wants none. No smoking. I love my space clean and tidy and I respect your space too. The room is a double room, you have your own bathroom to yourself. We share just the kitchen and living room. I’m pretty quiet too so not much of a yapper. Please don’t reach out if you don’t tidy up after yourself, and don’t have boundaries. The rent is £650 without bills. Council tax A.
