Large, Chilled Flat with Two Friendly Professional

Decdent size, double room. It looks bigger in person, Tom just has a lot of stuff in there at the moment!

You’d be living with two 30-year-old professionals. We’re both pretty chilled and sociable, but definitely not a party household. We like the gym, reading, watching TV together and occasionally heading out to the Peaks for a walk, while also being very respectful of each other’s space and doing our own thing.

We’re looking for someone with a similar vibe — friendly, relaxed and happy to make the flat feel like a home rather than just somewhere to sleep.

The main thing for us is cleanliness. We’re looking for someone who is genuinely clean and tidy and proactively cleans up after themselves, rather than needing to be reminded or relying on someone else to keep communal areas nice.

It would suit another working professional who enjoys a calm, comfortable home and is sociable without feeling like everyone needs to be together all the time.
