Double en-suite room

Hiya!

I’m looking for someone to move into the spare room in my lovely flat in Salford Quays.

It’s a double room with a big en-suite. It will be furnished, so bed, wardrobe and desk are all included.

The location is perfect, two minute walk from the tram stop where you can get into the centre in 15 minutes! There is an Aldi and gym across the road too.

The rent is £650 and the bills would be £200 per month.

About me; I’m from down south but moved to Manchester four years ago. I’m very talkative and don’t take myself too seriously, always down for random activities.

I would love to be friends with my flatmate, having cozy nights in and chatting about our days (with the occasional drink!).

I also have a little kitten, he’s eight months now, so you’d have to be comfortable with him. Promise he’s the cutest, if not a little crazy?

I’m vegan so please let me know if you’re veggie or anything as I would love to keep the flat meat free 😁
