I’m looking for a flat mate to move in with me in the Salford quays area. My previous flat mate is looking to move out in November/December time but is currently not restricted to a specific date so this can be negotiated.
You would have a room with your own bathroom with shower/bath. This is a furnished apartment with stunning views of the canal and balcony.
I am a 29 year old working professional who has a hybrid working agreement.

The flat itself is located close to the Co-op, Aldi, tesco, food warehouse, Victoria warehouse and two tram stops either a 3 minute or 6 minute walk away.

You would need to sign a new contract and preferably be here for a minimum of 6 months.

Rent is £1520 (£760 each) WiFi is included in this
Bills come to roughly £150 per month each
Monthly total roughly £910
Council tax band is C

There is also a gym and residents lounge. Meeting rooms, fully equipped kitchen and cinema room also available to book all on the ground floor.
Parking at an additional cost depending on availability
