Looking for someone to take over my current flatmate's tenancy from 27th January 2027 in a modern two-bedroom flat near MediaCity, Salford Quays.

The flat has an open-plan kitchen and living room with large windows, plenty of natural light and lovely views overlooking the canal.

The Room
- Spacious double bedroom with canal views.
- Private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
- Built-in wardrobe/storage space.
- The bedroom is unfurnished, although my current flatmate may be happy to sell his bed and other bedroom furniture to whoever moves in.
- All communal areas are fully furnished, so you'd only need to sort out your bedroom.

Rent & Bills (per person)
- Rent: £757.50 per month, including Wi-Fi.
- Electricity: Approximately £40 per month.
- Water: Approximately £19 per month.
- Council tax: Band C, currently around £96 per month each when spread over 12 months (subject to annual changes).

Total monthly cost is approximately £913 including bills.

- Secure bicycle storage.
- Regular residents' events and activities.

Location

The flat is just a couple of minutes' walk from MediaCity, with plenty of bars, restaurants and cafés nearby.

There's a tram stop directly opposite the building, with connections into Manchester city centre in around 15 minutes and Piccadilly in approximately 20 minutes.

Co-op, Tesco and Sainsbury's are also within walking distance.

A Bit About Me

I'm 23 and work full-time, splitting my time between the office and working from home.

I'm into travelling, rugby, F1, gaming and going out for a few drinks. I'm pretty easy-going and enjoy socialising, whether that's heading to the pub, having a few beers at home or just chilling and watching something on TV.

Ideally, I'm looking for someone around my age who's friendly, sociable and tidy. It'd be great to live with someone who's up for doing things together occasionally rather than just being two people sharing a flat. Equally, I appreciate everyone needs their own space and downtime!

Tenancy Details

Ideally looking for someone planning to stay at least 6 months.

You'll need to complete referencing and join the tenancy agreement through the letting agent.
