Room available in 2 bed flat near canal

Hello,

My current flatmate is moving out and I'm looking for a replacement for her.
Its a 2 bed flat with shared kitchen and living room. You'll have your own bathroom.

There's 2 big Aldi, home bargain, iceland, big tesco and lidl 10 mins walking from the place. There's a co-op just downstairs. Nhs about 10 mins walking. MediaCity 15 mins walking (its an entire canal walk its really pretty), old trafford football ground about 7 mins walk.
There's exchange quays tram stop across the road and wharf side tram station 5 mins walk. There's a bus stop just outside the building.

We have a gym in the building and a resident's lounge (you can work from there, it has pool table and table tennis as well). There's a room that you can use to host large parties (I'm fine with you having guests over)
I don't have preference for gender, smoker/non smoker, pets.

Smoking inside the flat is not permitted by the building.
I'd prefer if you are a working professional because building management requires reference and income proof.
