Hi everyone,

A room is soon to be available in my flat located within 200m from Salford Central station. The location is brilliant to access the city centre or to commute from any of the train/bus/tram stations in the centre.

The room itself is very spacious and comes with an ensuite (both of them together being about 22m²) so you will have plenty of space to put your belongings. It was repainted, got a new floor and new furniture last month.

The flat benefits from plenty of daylight and has a big living space consisting of an open kitchen, a living room and a balcony.

About me: I am a 34 year old Frenchman and have lived in the UK for the last 10 years. I work from the office every day of the week. I am currently learning Spanish and enjoy running in my free time.

I do not have any preference in terms of gender and age, however it is a strictly non smoking flat.

There is plenty of space and a very good fibre broadband connection so WFH professionals welcome. There is ongoing construction work going on nearby from 8 am to 6 pm during the week, thus if you need to make a lot of calls during these hours there might be a bit of background noise.
