Hi, my flatmate is moving out so I’m looking for someone to replace her tenancy from 30th May ✨ The flat is on the 9th floor and is around a 10 minute walk from the Cornbrook tram stop and 15 minutes from Deansgate and Spinningfields. The room is fully furnished and you will have your own bathroom. There is also a gorgeous balcony looking into the city 🏙️

Rent is £650 and bills are around £197 (electric, water and council tax) with wifi included in the rent!

The tenancy ends on 15th August with the option to extend the contract.

There is also parking available for £100 per month 🚗

Deposit is £689.42

A little about me- I’m 26 and work in HR, I work hybrid with flexible office days. I’ve lived in Manchester for 3 years and I love going out for food/drinks🌮🍷 little boogie 💃🏼 and trying new things in the city! I also love wholesome activities like a night in binging a series or crafting. I’m also into yoga🧘🏼‍♀️, Pilates🤸 and crochet🧶
