Tidy clean home, good size living area and dining area to use.
Standish Centre-
5 mins drive to M6 and 15 min bus to Wigan Train Station for Manchester and Liverpool is 40 min train. 2 min walk to village centre and shops- central location. Standish Leisure Centre Gym , 2 minute walk.
Living with just myself, the 3rd small bedroom is an office/ single bedroom. I work full time in mechanical engineering. Monday to Friday.
Cosy interior, modern bathroom with bath and shower. Shared bathroom.
Clean and tidy kitchen, use of all equipment.
On road parking until driveway complete summer 2027.
Would prefer someone not working from home full time. Must be employed. Smoking but out side only.
