We are offering a double bedroom with own bathroom in a top floor apartment, which is finish to a high specification in a pleasant area, with lots of local facilities close by. Being top floor you have no noise from neighbours above.
It has fantastic transport links by bus, tram, and train to Stockport and Manchester. The motorway network is close by if you wish to travel further afield.
The apartment comes with one allocated parking space on a first come first serve between flatmates.

We have two double rooms one is an en-suite shower room , currently being used and the owner , the other one available ( £750) has SOLE use of the bathroom with bath and shower. The rent is inclusive of bills.
The apartment is fully furnished, well equipped, with a washing machine and dishwasher.

We are looking for a professional person who is clean and tidy, quiet and will appreciate and respect the apartment, our neighbours.

As this is shared accommodation, it’s not suitable as a work space so we are looking for someone who is out at work during the day rather than working from home.
Monday to Friday considered.
IT IS STRICTLY NO SMOKING, NO PETS AND NO PARTIES.
