We are offering a double bedroom with own bathroom in a top floor modern apartment, which is finish to a high specification in a pleasant area, with lots of local facilities close by.
It has fantastic transport links by bus, tram, and train to Stockport and Manchester. The motorway network is close by if you wish to travel further afield.
The apartment comes with one allocated parking space.

The bedroom is available for £50 per night has SOLE use of the bathroom with bath and shower. The rent is inclusive of bills.
The apartment is fully furnished, well equipped, with a washing machine and dishwasher.

We are looking for a professional person who is clean and tidy, quiet and will appreciate and respect the apartment, our neighbours.

We worked away from home Monday to Friday so you would have sole use of the apartment. It would be available some weekends if required. But this is a short term let rather than a permanent home.
IT IS STRICTLY NO SMOKING, NO PETS AND NO PARTIES.
