Large, newly furnished room in Victorian house.

Hello! I'm looking for someone friendly, clean and respectful to occupy a room in my house in Heaton Norris. There are two other people that live there- one who travels to London most weekends and I travel a lot for work (I usually work away for 2 weeks at a time and then I'll be home for 2 weeks) so you'll have the place to yourself some weekends. We are really clean and would like to find someone that will be respectful of that and keep all communal areas clean too. We are huge foodies and love to eat all sorts of cuisines and happy for you to join us for meals in or out but there is no pressure!! We are friendly and happy to hang out but understand the need for your own space!

The room has been recently painted, has a new carpet, new furniture and a new bed/mattress and is a really good size. It's a shared bathroom but there are 2 in the house. The kitchen is a good size as is the living room. There is a cellar which I'm happy for you to use to store things or use the gym area. It has really good transport links with a bus stop super close and Stockport train station and Heaton Chapel train station about 15 min walk away. Supermarket 4 min walk away. Stockport town centre has had loads of fun new openings and is continuing to grow!
