PLEASE NOTE: THIS ROOM HAS A MEZZANINE BED WHICH IS 5'10" FROM THE GROUND. IT’S A DOUBLE BED BUT FOR SINGLE OCCUPANCY ONLY.

My lodger is moving out so I have a lovely cosy room for rent in my home available 28th April 2026. The room overlooks south-facing garden. The house has a private garden with patio area, BBQ. I have 2 cats, so please don't apply if you have a cat allergy.

The room has a double mezzanine bed (but the room is for SINGLE OCCUPANCY ONLY), drawers, shelving, comfy chair, SMART TV. There is also a desk, computer chair and of course, access to wifi.

I am looking for a college student or someone who works OUTSIDE in the daytime (Monday to Friday), not someone who works at home.

One person occupancy ONLY please.

Only 1 mile to Stepping Hill Hospital.

SK2 area - near The Blossoms Pub.

50 meters to bus stop on major bus route (A6) - direct buses to Manchester/Poynton/Macclesfield/Stepping Hill Hospital.

7 mins walk to Stockport train station.
10 minute walk to Stockport Town Centre.
5 minute walk to Lidl.
2 minutes walk to the Co-op, restaurants/take aways
Gym/swimming pool, cinema within easy reach.
1 mile to Stepping Hill Hospital.

All bills (including council tax) included.

Shared bathroom, kitchen, washing machine and garden/patio.

I live with 2 friendly cats in a lovely spacious Victorian house.
