I am renting a 2nd bedroom in my flat. The flat is in a newly renovated building, formerly a hotel, pub and tea rooms.

The room is newly furnished, you would be the first occupant. The room comes with a big window, an ensuite bathroom and a sizable wardrobe. There is enough space to fit a desk in the room if required. Fast internet is provided in the flat.

More storage space is available (for shoes, coats, etc.) throughout the flat in shared spaces. Downstairs an indoor bike rack is available and outside a dedicated car parking spot.

The kitchen has an induction cooker, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Washer-dryer provided.

The flat is located 15 min walk from the Heaton Chapel train station, and 30 min by train to the Manchester city centre. ASDA supermarket is located a 5 min walk down the road.

I am looking to rent the room to a young professional. I am 25 and moved to Stockport 1.5 years ago after graduating. I work as a chemical engineer in Stockport.

Over the weekend I like spending time outdoors, hiking, cycling, and sightseeing. I go running regularly and like cooking and baking savoury and sweet goods.
