Bright en-suite room available in a modern two-bedroom apartment in Stockport. The flat is clean, comfortable and well maintained, with shared living and kitchen areas.

I’m looking for a female professional who works full-time, mainly from the office, and is looking for a calm, clean and respectful home.

I’m hoping to find someone who is:
• Clean, tidy and responsible.
• Respectful of shared spaces and each other’s belongings.
• Independent and happy to have their own kitchen essentials, while sharing some items by mutual agreement.
• Friendly, easy-going and open to good communication.

I like to keep the flat peaceful, organised and comfortable, so it’s important that we both take care of the shared areas and respect each other’s space.

Please note that I’m looking for a home without overnight partners or guests staying regularly, so I’d appreciate someone who is comfortable with that arrangement.

A little about me: I work full-time in the creative industry. I enjoy music, the gym, art, architecture, films, coffee and travelling. I’m sociable but I also value my own space, and I enjoy a relaxed and positive atmosphere at home.
