I'm a female professional looking for a flatmate to join me at my place in Stockport.
PLEASE NOTE: My flat is fully furnished in the communal areas & living room, you will need to furnish your bedroom as other tenants had furniture. If you furnish your own room I will not ask for a deposit of £200.
About me:
I work full time, 9-5:30 in office, so would like someone on the same schedule ideally. I'm a creative person who really values a quiet time in the week, but I'm happy to enjoy a night out when it's not a work night!
I love to cook for people, and would be nice to share meals and hang out/go for a drink every so often! I would like to become friends eventually and share a home!
The flat is damp-free, and efficient to run, 10 mins from Stockport station, 20-30 mins on the bus to the airport, 192 stops outside, LIDL is 5 minutes away, Stockport town centre is a short walk, there's nice pubs around too.
The tenancy is ideally between 3 months to 1 year. My letting agency requires referencing so would be great to have that at hand.
Bills are roughly £180pcm
