Double room with separate office space

I'm offering my spare room and a small separate office space to rent from Monday evenings and Friday mornings weekly.

This would suit someone travelling up to work in Manchester, Stockport or Cheshire during the week.

The house is very central - approx 5 mins drive to Stockport train station and about 23 mins walk. There are gorgeous parks on the street with miles of trails and woodland to enjoy if you're outdoorsy. It is also about 15 mins' walk to a Pure Gym and there are plenty of supermarkets nearby and shops.

Looking for a lodger who just wants somewhere quiet and relaxed to come home to instead of a hotel while they work in the week.

The house has one shared bathroom and I have a 5 month old whippet puppy who will be delighted to meet you (but should consider this if you don't love pets). She is very laidback and spends 80% of her time snoozing on the sofa in the kitchen.

The house has a living room and kitchen space. In general, I hardly use the living room so you'd have space to enjoy Netflix and Amazon Prime in peace most of the time.
