Double bedroom available in 2 bed flat - Stockport

Hello! I’m looking for a professional female to join me in a comfortable, spacious 2 bed flat. My current flatmate is moving out and I’m looking for someone to take over her half of the tenancy, preferably on a longer term basis.

The flat is in Davenport, which is a lovely and peaceful area, with excellent transport links (both bus and trains being a five min walk away). There is no dedicated parking but lots of street parking and a small car park for the shop next door that is free to use (my flatmate has used this without issue). There is a great range of cafes, pubs and shops close by, as well as green spaces. The flat will be available to move into from 1st December.

The room is a lovely double room that will come unfurnished. The rest of the flat is furnished, including a dishwasher and washer dryer.

Rent will be £575, bills (internet, water, council tax, gas and electric) typically come to around £165 each. Council tax Band A.

A bit about me - I’m a 26 year old full time civil servant, I work in Manchester 60% of the time (typically about 3 days a week in the office). I enjoy socialising and a pub night, but also equally a night in with a cup of tea or a glass of wine! I enjoy my own space but am also up for a chat and would like to share with someone friendly and easy-going.

I’m looking for someone in a similar life stage to me, who is clean, reliable and respectful. I do see this flat as my home and value a peaceful, comfy environment to relax and so I’m hoping to find someone similar!

The landlord is very reliable and communicative, and would need to carry out some reference checks before going forward. With the flat being on a main road and the landlord being allergic to animals, unfortunately it is not suitable for pets.
