The house is located in a unique position for tram and bus stops for a easy commute into the Mcr City centre (20 mins from door to centre) walking distance to Media City 12 mins, and also multiple supermarkets/gyms, and a swimming pool very close. It would be better suited for someone without a car, (although if you do have a car a parking permit would be provided) just with all the amenities close by, Covered area for a bike, with many cycle routes for getting about safely.
A well presented double bedroom available within a refurbished house and recently decorated. Plenty of storage and shelf space for clothes and separate shoe rack 3 wardrobes and underbed storage draws.
Separate office space that will be used only by yourself, there's a corner desk and chair plus more shelves for books, etc in the office room, that's available for you to use.

Relaxed friendly chilled atmosphere and a quiet homely household. Present housemate is clean, and respectful of other people's space, working full time, and would like another female to share the house with, however flexible on this matter.
The kitchen has all the mod cons, large American fridge freezer, Ninja, triple oven, microwave, rice cooker, washing machine, iron and ironing board already available for tenants to use. Garden area with balcony and garden furniture to use.
The bathroom is only shared with the other female tenant, who is 33 years old, hence why she would like another female to share the bathroom with.
There's only ever two rooms rented out in the four bedroom house, not the four that's showing up on the listing, maximum three person household at all times.
