* Room available is for a female single occupant either a student or professional at the rate of £680 PCM (including bills), WIFI is available.

*The room consists of a double bed with a TV & desk.
Shared spaces include: x2 reception rooms and a kitchen with a washing machine.

* Also available for:
PLAB STUDENTS (FEMALES prefer) the DSR academy - is literally 15 mins walk away.
PLAB/SHORT STAYS at the rate of £170 PW which includes access to hot drinks of tea/coffee.

A little about me - I live with my son. Our home is homely where we tend to be a relatively chilled and an easy going household. I enjoy cooking meals which reflect my Caribbean heritage.

I'm a working friendly Mum who enjoys good conversations, music (R+B, Soul, pop, indie, hip hop, Jazz), Films, Fashion, Art, and DIY as well as being a Mum to a polite, football mad son who's in high school.

* Ideally looking for a Female who is clean/tidy, well-mannered, respectful and a non-smoker.
No drugs, No smoking or partying or overnight visitors. No shoes worn in the house.

LOCATION:
* Property is in a sought after area, close to Manchester City Centre approx 10 mins in the car or 15-20 mins by bus. Also close to Salford Quays Media City, Chorlton and the Trafford Centre with excellent transport links.

* Buses: 255/256/263 all go to the City Centre.
There is also the metrolink station within walking distance.

Close by there's a retail shopping complex, LIDL, ALDI, Tesco with gyms Pure and NRG nearby.

There is roadside/street parking.
Bills are all included. Property is council tax B.
