Furnished double bedroom in a house with x1 bathroom
and x1 separate off suite shower room.

The room is for a female single occupant either a student or professional.
Will also consider PLAB students (FEMALES ONLY) for weekly short stays at £180 p. w at the DSR Academy - 15 mins walk.

A little about me - I live with my son. Our home is homely and comfortable where we tend to be a relatively quiet and easy going household.
I enjoy cooking meals which reflect my Caribbean heritage.

Property is close to Manchester City Centre approx 10 mins in the car or 15-20 mins by bus. Also close to Salford Quays Media City, Chorlton and the Trafford Centre with excellent transport links. Buses: 255/256/263 all go to the City Centre,
There is also the metrolink station within walking distance.

Close by there's a retail shopping complex, LIDL, ALDI, Tesco with gyms Pure and NRG nearby.

The room is a clean, double bedroom with a TV & desk.
Shared spaces include: x2 reception rooms and a kitchen with a washing machine.

There is roadside/street parking.
Bills are all included. Property is council tax B.

Ideally looking for a Female who is clean, tidy, well-mannered, respectful and a non-smoker.
No drugs, No smoking or partying or overnight visitors. No shoes worn in the house.
I am a working friendly Mum who enjoys good conversations, music (R+B, Soul, pop, indie, hip hop, Jazz), Films, Fashion, Art, and DIY as well as being a Mum to a polite, football mad son who's in high school.
