A lovely double room is available in my spacious, elegant house. The room has a king size solid oak bed with built-in wardrobes, a wall mounted TV, blackout blinds & overlooks the garden, which provides complete privacy.
There is super fast broadband, a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, a large garden to relax in, plus parking. You have the option of two tram stops that are both 10mins walk either way to take you to the City Centre, or Altrincham, in 5mins & a bus stop on the doorstep. Media City is also very close by as well as the M60.
You'll be sharing a great home with myself, who is the live in landlady, with a great sense of humour. I'm looking for someone who wants a home, not just a room to rent, so ideally, a long term renter, who enjoys a brew a good natter & the odd pint out.
There's also a monthly cleaner, so what more could you ask for!
