I’ve lived with my current tenant for almost four years and I’m now looking for a housemate who feels more like a friend than just someone sharing the space. Ideally, you’d enjoy the occasional night in watching TV or sharing a glass of wine on a Friday — no pressure to be joined at the hip, but it’s important to me that we’re comfortable spending some time together.

I’m a teacher, so I’m generally not out late during the week. I have a good balance between going out and staying in, and I’m looking for someone similar. I keep the house clean and tidy and would expect us to share weekly cleaning so we can both enjoy a respectful, comfortable home.
