Fully furnished double room available from 4th August in a quiet two-bedroom flat in Stretford. My current flatmate is only moving out because she’s moving in with her partner.

Rent is £700 per month, with all bills. The deposit is £700, equivalent to one month’s rent.

It’s in a really convenient location for getting into town, around a seven-minute walk from Trafford Park train station and a 20-minute walk from Stretford tram stop.

There is on-street parking available, as well as additional off-road parking at the back of the building.

The flat is co-owned by me and my mum, but only I live here 🙂 The flat is in an older block, but I fully renovated the inside around two years ago.

A bit about me
I’m friendly, easy-going and chatty. I work in marketing and go into the office two days a week, working from home the rest of the time.

I travel quite a lot, regularly visit my family in Nottingham and am out a few evenings a week, so I’m not around constantly! My dog Poppy also lives at the flat with me. She’s a small sausage dog cross, seven years old, very chilled and mainly interested in naps, attention and snacks. My partner Wade stays over a few nights a week. He’s friendly, respectful and part of the furniture, but he doesn’t officially live here. I enjoy my own space and completely respect other people needing theirs, but it would also be nice to live with someone I can have a chat or occasional drink with, or watch something on Netflix together!
