Two rooms available in a 3-bedroom house in a great central Stretford location. One small double room (£385 pcm) and one single room (£310 pcm).

The house is ideally located, with an 8-minute walk to the nearest tram stop and several bus stops directly outside. Stretford Shopping Centre is just across the road, with Aldi only a stone’s throw away. There are also plenty of green spaces nearby, including Longford Park (around a 20-minute walk) and Chorlton (around 30 minutes away).

The house is technically unfurnished, although we already have some furniture in the shared areas. There’s also plenty of space if you have your own furniture you’d like to bring. Shared spaces include a cosy living room, a large dining room and a good-sized kitchen. There is one bathroom shared between the three housemates.

* Small double: £385 pcm
* Single room: £310 pcm
* Bills: Approximately £130 per person, per month, split between three but this is tbc
* Tenancy start date: 19th January, with the possibility of moving in earlier.

A little about me

I’m 29, originally from Devon, and have been living in Manchester for the last two years. I’m a laid-back and sociable professional who enjoys spending time with friends but also really values having my own space. I’d love to find housemates who are similar and are up for the occasional evening together, whilst also being respectful of each other’s independence.

I like to keep the house clean and tidy, but I’m definitely not a clean freak! It would be great to find people who are on the same page and want to make the house feel like a home rather than just somewhere to live.
