You are not allowed to cook inside the studio because of the smoke detectors and heat detectors ,if anybody cooks inside the studio it will set the fire alarms off . But you can use a microwave kettle and toaster inside . Fully fitted kitchen is provided .

You are not allowed to bring any portable heating appliances or portable cooking appliances such as air fryers , hot plates et cetera. These pose a fire risk

The house is within easy walking distance (0. 5miles) of the train station for access to Manchester and Salford, plus bus links to Salford Shopping Centre and Manchester City Centre. It is also close to multiple restaurants/cafes/retail shops, Subway, Aldi, Asda superstore, Boots, Superdrug and Swinton Leisure gym.

The room comes complete with a brand new bed, double wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet and has an area with a larder style fridge, , sink, worktop and kitchen units. The room also has its own en-suite shower and wc. The rent is £600 per month & deposit of £680 which includes , water, electric, gas, wifi, a TV license in the shared areas and a weekly cleaner for the shared areas.
