TV provided in room, shared amenities. I have two downstairs sitting rooms one of which is barely used which would provide extra space.
I am female and permanentely resident, my 24yo son stops over a couple of times per week. I have a dog and a cat.
I am easy to get along with, flexible, and respect the need for own space.
Approx 15mins walk from metro. Off road parking is available.
