Huge stylish en-suite room available in a modern flat in Exchange Quay.

The property is located directly opposite a tram stop with a direct service into town (around 20 mins). We’re also just a 5-minute walk from a large shopping park and gym.

I’m looking for a new flatmate to take over the room from a good friend who’s moving in with her boyfriend. The flat is very well kept, and we’ve been the only tenants to live here since the building was completed 4 years ago.

I work in MediaCity and DJ in my spare time. I’m looking to share with someone who enjoys keeping the space fresh and vibey. Ideally, it would be great to find someone who’s up for being mates too.

No strict house rules just mutual respect for each other and the home:)

It would also suit someone who spends at least some time working from the office rather than being fully remote.
