MY HOUSE IS NOT A HMO,
I'm looking for someone who can fit in to a friendly happy household, who is clean and tidy. I have 2 lovely double bedrooms in my four bedroom house which is situated next to the bathroom, which is only used by one other person, There's a separate study, and a downstairs loo, I have an ensuite bedroom next to another bedroom.
Tyldesley has lots to offer, great bars pubs restaurants shops gyms, sporting venues, all within walking distance. We have fantastic transport links into Manchester city centre, which is about 9 miles away. The guided bus link runs every 9 minutes its actually quicker than driving.
I work in hospitality and events, which can be quite varied. There is parking available and a large South facing garden. Sh😎
The room price includes all bills, we have netflix and virgin media wifi.
Ideally this would suit someone who is looking for a stepping stone, rather than a permanent home.
