Double room available in Tyldesley

I have a lovely double room in my 2 bedroom house. The room is furnished with a double bed with a new mattress and it has a walk-in wardrobe with a chest of drawers inside. There are some more drawers in the room.
You will have shared access to the living room, the kitchen and the garden. There is only one bathroom and it's shared with me.
I have a converted loft where I have my office and craft room set up as well as storage space. You would be welcome to set up a desk if you work from home.
You will be sharing with just one other person (me) and my 2 cats, Pablo and Lucy.
I am a 48-year-old female nurse but I don't work shifts or weekends and I work from home one day a week.
Tyldesley has lots to offer. Restaurants, bars, shops, gyms nearby walks.
The house is a 10 minutes walk to the high street and to the guided bus route that goes directly to the Manchester Royal Infirmary stopping along the way at Salford University and Manchester city centre. It only takes about 45 minutes to the MRI and there are buses every 10 mins.
It is a great location for anyone looking for a quieter life but easy access to Manchester city centre.
