Hello,

My name is Harry I'm 30 and I have recently bought and renovated my own home. I now have a spare room to rent and am looking for an easygoing housemate.

A little about me...

I consider myself easygoing, clean, tidy, respectful and don't mind a trip to the pub (there's plenty nearby).

I'm someone who strives for balance. I work as a full-time stand-up comedian, meaning I'm at home a lot during the day writing but out 3 to 5 nights a week gigging. Often after gigs, I arrive home very late so I would like to avoid anyone looking for 6 AM party sessions. Ideally, I would be looking for a housemate who doesn't work from home and is office-based.

Part of my job requires me to work overseas for 1-3 weeks at a time and therefore I would be looking for a housemate who is respectful and responsible for looking after the house whilst I'm away. Outside of comedy, I have a pretty active social life and spend time being active, seeing friends and family, getting outdoors, going to the cinema or going for drinks. I do enjoy meeting new people and would like to find a housemate who is the same plus easygoing, clean, tidy, respectful and enjoys getting stuck in but doesn't mind spending time on their own.

My home is fully furnished and the spare room does come with a double bed included. The house is on a quiet street there is plenty of on-street parking outside plus a large free car park directly opposite. The house does have a decent-sized garden and in the summer becomes a real sun trap.

The house is in Tyldelsey, so there are plenty of spots for coffee, food and drinks all within walking distance. The guided busway is at the bottom of the street 2 minutes away with regular buses that can have you at Salford Central Station for £2 within 30 minutes.
