Double bedroom available in a 2bed home in Urmston just a short walk from the station.
It's a spacious, light-filled home, with a small garden and lots of storage space. There’s also a converted attic that can be used as an office if you wfh.
The rent is £575 and bills are an additional £200.
The house was unfurnished when we originally moved in and my flatmate will be taking some of her furniture with her so you’d need to provide your own mattress.

I’m a 37 year old freelance photographer, originally from London, but I've been living in Manchester for 8 years.
I'm into pottery and Salsa. I enjoy yoga, board games, pub quizzes, weekend walks and the very occasional night out. My job means I work a lot of weekends, and I mostly work from home during the week. I'm clean and tidy, and I enjoy cooking. I’m always happy to have a cosy night in watching Netflix. I have a mostly plant-based diet, but I don’t mind living with someone who doesn't.
I'm looking to buy a home this year, so I'm ideally looking for someone short term who is happy with a rolling contract.
