We have created ten luxury fully-furnished living spaces where you can relax, work and entertain in the same comfort you’d enjoy at home. A home away from home.
Inside is everything you need, from high-speed internet, a fully-equipped kitchen, laundry facilities on-site and a fantastic communal space to eat, rest and meet new friends. All utilities are rolled into the rent and we don’t charge fees.
Suitable for professionals looking for short or longer term rentals in Manchester but don't want the isolation of a flat.


We have three room types to suit your budget and taste: Classic, Premium and Deluxe en-suite. Classic and Premium rooms share bathrooms but there are 4 bathrooms in total, 2 on each floor.
Free on-site car parking is also available.
