Bright, Spacious Double Room in Flat Near Uni

Hello!

I'm a student just looking for someone nice to take my flatmate's place, he's moving out in August. The flat is really nice, and in a pretty cool location. There's a nice cozy kitchen, with all the things you could possibly dream of. There's a washing machine! Refrigerator! TV! Nintendo Wii! Plants! Table! And more!!!

There's a park less than 5 minutes from the front door, and the roads are lined with greenery. It's a 25 minute walk to the University of Manchester, and about a 20 minute trip to town via bus. Decent amenities, there's a very good GP nearby that gets you an appointment within 2 days every time.

For a flatmate, you really just need to be considerate and not be that messy. I'm not fussy, just be reasonable, y'know! as a bonus: be fun!!

For what I'm like to live with, hmm: I go out fairly often, some alcohol will be in the flat, I love books so you might find me in the living room reading away (but don't worry, I will vacate if you've got guests over or something!), I bake sometimes so be warned I might knock on your door at random points to offer you freshly baked cookies. That's the most important stuff I think. If this sounds good to you! Move in today! Or err, in August, actually.
