Offering a sunny double bedroom on a quiet street in Victoria Park. We have a spacious kitchen/living room with a Juliette balcony, and a shared shower/toilet. Fully Furnished.

There are lots of trees out on the street, and a garden out the front of the building. The building has about 20 flats. The residents are mostly families, with some young professionals like me. I have a 9-5 in the city centre, so if you work different hours / work from home you will often have the flat to yourself.

It is a 10 minute walk to St Mary's / Whitworth Park, where you can access several shops and the 111, 142/143, and 43 buses. It takes 25-35 minutes to get to the city centre by bus, and 15 minutes by bike.

I am a trade union & equal pay paralegal. Looking for someone tidy and easy going.
