I am currently doing a PhD at the University of Manchester. I am renting for three months only: September 1st (or end of August) - November 30th. This is because I am away for a training. I will need the house back on the 1st of December so do not message if you plan to stay beyond that date. The arrangement will be for a lodger.

My housemate is a very lovely young lady, chatty sometimes, but mostly respectful of others communicate preferences.

We are both very tidy and keep the house clean. We have lived together for almost 3 years now so this tells a lot of how easy going we both are.
