Friendly, quiet room available in a 2-bed semi-detached house from 1st October.

I’m re-listing because my current lodger (a resident doctor who’s been here since January) is relocating for work. He’s been a great housemate and I’m looking for someone similarly easy-going.

The big advantage!

I’m only home one evening per week. The rest of the time you’ll essentially have the whole place to yourself. It feels much more like having your own home, without the cost of renting a whole property and paying all the bills yourself.

When I am home I bring my dog, who stays in my room overnight. The house is always cleaned thoroughly before I leave again for the week.
