Double Bedrooms Availible in Didsbury

MOVE IN DATE MAY 2024 . Hi, we have a spare bedroom available in our large shared house in Didsbury/Withington. We are 8 minute walk from Burton Road Tram stop and a 10 minute walk from the Burton Road pubs and bars. We're also a 10 min walk from Withington High St.

The room is a double with a desk wardrobe and double bed. The house has two toilets and a bathroom, big living room, and two fridges in the kitchen. We also have a really big garden which is great for relaxing in.

One of us is a professional who works hybrid and the others are a mature student and a PHD student. We are all very sociable, friendly and welcoming. We all regularly will go out for drinks, food or other activities such as the cinema or board games. In the house, during the week, everyone does their own thing, some go to the gym or cook etc. On weekends we like to make the most of it and hang out together, either going out or chilling at home. We both love films & TV and music. We regularly go to gigs and see DJs in Manchester.

Our landlords are very friendly and generally fix things in good time.

There is one space availible for parking on the drive and plenty of street parking.

The total we pay is £610.00 but that covers all bills/tax as well as a cleaner twice a months and a milk delivery. Any questions, give me a text or email.
